MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT
1. PARTIES
This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between the user registering on this website ("Member") and the Company (Established in 1996, specializing in handcrafted, hand-engraved, stone-set bespoke gold and silver jewelry manufacturing).
2. OBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
The object of this Agreement is to determine the terms and conditions for the Member's utilization of the website and the e-commerce services provided therein, including bespoke/custom jewelry ordering processes.
3. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
3.1. The Member declares and guarantees that the personal and other information provided while registering on the website is legally accurate and up-to-date.
3.2. The Member cannot give their login password to any third party. The responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality and security of the account credentials belongs exclusively to the Member.
3.3. The Member agrees not to violate any intellectual property rights of the Company while using the website. All designs, hand-engravings, custom motifs, product descriptions, photography, and brand assets displayed on the website are the exclusive intellectual property of the Company and cannot be copied or reproduced without written consent.
3.4. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Member's account if the platform is used in a fraudulent, unlawful, or malicious manner.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & DESIGN RIGHTS
Since the Company specializes in high-end, 100% handcrafted artisanal jewelry, any unauthorized replication of the unique patterns, custom-made models, or hand-engraved design assets presented on this platform will result in immediate legal action under international copyright and intellectual property laws.
5. TERMINATION AND AMENDMENTS
The Company may amend the terms of this Agreement at any time. The Member may terminate their membership at any time by following the account deletion steps on the website.
6. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
This Agreement is governed by national and international commercial laws, and any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the authorized local courts.
