ISTANCE SALES CONTRACT
1. PARTIES
This Contract has been signed between the parties specified below within the framework of the terms and conditions stated below.
A. 'BUYER' ; (hereinafter referred to as "BUYER")
B. 'SELLER' ; (hereinafter referred to as "SELLER")
2. DEFINITIONS
COMPANY: The SELLER company, established in 1996, specialized in 100% handcrafted production, hand-engraving (kalemkar), stone-setting (mıhlama), gold, silver, and bespoke jewelry manufacturing.
PRODUCT: Handcrafted, custom-design jewelry, gemstones, and other commodities offered to the BUYER by the SELLER.
3. SUBJECT
This Contract regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product, the characteristics and sales price of which are specified on the website, ordered electronically by the BUYER via the SELLER's website, in accordance with the consumer protection legislation.
4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & BESPOKE PRODUCTION EXCEPTION
4.1. The BUYER may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the goods without giving any reason.
4.2. EXCEPTION FOR CUSTOM/BESPOKE PRODUCTS: In accordance with international distance selling regulations and local consumer laws, the right of withdrawal DOES NOT apply to "goods produced in accordance with the special requests and demands of the consumer or made personalized by making changes or additions."
4.3. Accordingly, for products specifically designed upon the BUYER's request, customized with hand-engraving, manufactured according to specific sizes, or featuring personalized processes such as solid gold inlay or custom gemstone setting, the right of withdrawal, cancellation, and refund is strictly not available.
5. GENERAL PROVISIONS
5.1. The BUYER acknowledges that they have read and informed themselves about the essential characteristics, sales price, payment method, and delivery information of the product on the website and given the necessary confirmation in the electronic environment.
5.2. Handcrafted and custom-made items have an explicit production period, which is communicated to the BUYER, and this duration is added to the standard ship
