RETURN, CANCELLATION, AND REFUND POLICY

1. STANDARD PRODUCTS

For non-customized, standard products purchased from our website, customers have a legal right to return or exchange the item within 14 days of delivery, provided that the product is completely unused, undamaged, in its original packaging, and with all certificates or tags attached.

2. CUSTOM-MADE & BESPOKE PRODUCTS (CRITICAL EXEMPTION)

In accordance with international consumer protection laws and distance sales regulations, THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (CANCELLATION/RETURN) IS NOT APPLICABLE FOR GOODS PRODUCED TO THE CONSUMER'S SPECIFIC REQUESTS OR CLEARLY PERSONALIZED NEEDS.

Since our brand specializes in high-end artisanal jewelry—including 100% hand-engraved (kalemkar) patterns, 24K pure gold inlay work, custom stone-setting (mıhlama), and production tailored to your specific ring size or measurements—these items are crafted exclusively for you. Therefore:

- Custom-made, resizing-processed, hand-engraved, and specially personalized items CANNOT BE CANCELLED once production begins.

- These bespoke items ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS, REFUNDS, OR EXCHANGES unless there is a clear structural manufacturing defect verified by our workshop.

3. RETURN PROCEDURE

To initiate a return for an eligible standard product, please contact our customer service first. Unnotified or unapproved returns will not be accepted. The shipping cost and insurance liability for returned items belong to the buyer.
